1. WARRANTY PERIOD:
The warranty period is printed on the warranty card that comes with the product.
2. WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Genuine KaiyoKukan products distributed by KaiyoKukan Vietnam.
- The warranty period remains in effect. Genuine Warranty card & Coupons intact, not torn, patched or erased.
- Product technical error by the manufacturer.
- The product is intact, has never been repaired by any individuals or organizations that are not authorized by KaiyoKukan Vietnam.
Warranty information has to be provided in full, especially Serial number and Date of purchase.
3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
- Products whose warranty period has expired and do not meet the requirements specified in the “Warranty terms and conditions” section.
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters (fire, flood, thunder, etc.), insects… or harsh environmental conditions (too dry/wet, chemical substance, etc.)
- Using the wrong power source, potentiometer doesn’t work well, trouble with electrical connections, power supply is not stable. Installation, usage and storage are not in accordance with the User Manual enclosed with the product.
- Accessories included with the product.
- Maintenance requirements such as cleaning, refurbishing or lubricating if the warranty has expired.
(*) Note: KaiyoKukan provides free warranty at home only in Hanoi, in other cities and provinces we will charge technical staff’s travel expenses.
To make a product warranty claim, please contact the nearest Service Center and provide us with the following information:
Full name and address.
Phone number.
Model Name / Date of purchase / Place of purchase
Warranty card number.
Item code (Model) and Serial number.
Product’s condition.
